Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your role
Based in the heart of Munich, or remote, we are looking for an Event Manager to successfully conceptualize, organize, and execute numerous ​events of different scale and focus.

Your daily tasks will include;
  • Briefing, steering, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, e.g. technical event support, agencies, suppliers, partners, speakers, etc. to allow for flawless event execution
  • Establishing partnerships with service providers and agencies to deliver great event experiences in line with strategic objectives and budget
  • Planning costs and handling overall budget for all event/conference-related items
  • Supporting different internal domains to deliver against targets deadlines by improving event processes and standards
Your profile
  • Strong reputation in organizing and owning events, with a general understanding of live, digital & hybrid event formats
  • Project management capabilities with a strategic mindset, structured, and result-oriented way of working
  • Stakeholder management and ability to understand complex needs of partners/customers 
  • Highly organized and able to plan appropriate project timelines, work backward from deadlines, identify milestones and owners, and execute against a project plan
  • Excellent communicator in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
Bonus qualifications

  • Proficient with database management tools, with a focus on attendance management
