• Ability to easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
• Extensive experience building APIs for a range of use case
• Passionate to solve open-ended and complex problems using software in a test-driven environment
• Advanced experience working with containerized application development: Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS
• Expert knowledge working with technologies like Ruby, Python or Elixir/OTP on the respective frameworks - Rails, Django or Phoenix
• Strong intrinsic drive to learn new skills, explore new technologies and programming languages
